Notice the Santa sitting on the side of the stairs. He was a gift from my friend, Jeanne at Backyard Neighbor.

Oh Bev, I know I always say this, but honestly your staircase is decorated just the way I love it. I have a hall piece on a smaller version but so similar. Oh, I'm going to grab my coat and be over in a few for a cup of coffee and some Christmas cookies.
