We've been going through everything in my home office. We have to move everything out of the room temporarily because I am having the room customized with built-ins.
I found this pair of postcards that I got at an antique show about thirty years ago. I had them framed, and hanging in one of our bathrooms before we moved.
They made me laugh when I purchased them, and they still do. I think they are going in the garage sale box.

Beverly, you wanted to be a doctor? You never told me that. You would have been a great one. However, you have a great life with your hubby and family. Wow, almost 39 years??? That's how long we have been friends. You were just married when I met you so long ago. Where has the time gone?????
I had a good laugh when I saw those prints. I remember them but lost track of what happened to them.
Enjoy you day.
Love always, Jeanne

Hi ~ I love the postcards. We actually have a collection of old advertising media. Some of it truly makes me laugh. Also - I know it isn't pink Saturday yet but you might enjoy my most recent post. I thought of you when I took those pictures. Enjoy!

Bev,
What wonderful postcards, no wonder you framed them. ooooh, built-ins. I miss the ones we had in our old house. They were floor to ceiling and the ceilings were cathedral. They were in a loft overlooking the family room. Ahhhh, you are a lucky gal. I can understand why you wanted to be a doctor, you have such a nurturing spirit. Better to be in administration though...better hours!!!
Have a lovely day. Bev, I am going to keep the post for the PINK ARTISTS up until Monday. I'll be using this one for the Pink Saturday Post.
