You betcha! Just don't talk to me first thing in the morning, sweets! But I also love the night time as it seems more relaxing to me. I also talk more at night........

I didn't used to me a morning person. I love mornings now. But I love to EASE into my mornings. I don't jump up, shower and go. I slowly savour my coffee and newspaper, wander outside on nice mornings and listen to the birds, check out the garden, all in my jammies.
Hugs,
Penny

Hello Beverly,

Yes, I am indeed! Ready for action.

Hummmmmm.. now that's a good question... I use to be a morning person... but after passing 50... I've slowed down a bit... now I'd say, I'm a mid-morning person... I do get up by 7 am most mornings... but don't get going good until around 9... ;) Good thing Ricky's a 5:30 am morning person... otherwise the farm would go to pieces!

Marg

I love the morning, most times....coffee, going to the gym, checking out blogs, thinking about future blogs, spending a few quiet moments with my Creator.

Beth at Aunties

I am a morning person. It is lovely so outside! Anyway I use to be. I think my 'chipperness' use to annoy my children as I would awaken them with, "Good motning Sunshine!"
I too have slowed down since I am a little older and past 50. :) I get moving about the time I use to have thing in our home cleaned.
Great questions:)

Lori

I'm SO not a morning person! I love the idea of morning, but my body just doesn't cooperate! I would love to get up early and have a leisurely breakfast, read, and just relax before I start my day, but I'm afraid that I hit the snooze button as many times as possible and end up getting ready in a flurry of rushing! I have a theory that it's becuase I was born late at night, and I've just never gotten past that! ~Lori

I love mornings...I love getting a lot done around the house early..then have the afternoon to 'play'...

Betty @ She's Sew Pretty

I'm not a morning person at all. Don't talk to me. Don't try to make me laugh. My mom is the opposite. All happiness and chatty. Guess how many arguments we get into in the mornings? Ouch

Depends on the season:)
In summer, I'm a morning person. I get up before the sun rises with the birds chorus and I go for a short run around the neighborhood:)
In winter, I am definitely late morning person. I used to be an evening person:) I dislike waking up early, and prefer to sleep some more.
Have a great day, happy 1st of July to you Bev.

Pat

I am definitely a morning person. Up most mornings by 5AM. I'm pretty chipper, not cranky or anything like that. I just love the early morning hours.

Susan Ramey Cleveland

Nope. Not a morning person. As you may know, I have fibromyalgia. Mornings are the worst. Stiffness, soreness, achyness, and fatigue, although I've just woke up. After a couple of cups of coffee, I get moving, and by evening I'm doing pretty good, except exhausted. But I do love the stillness of mornings, the feeling that we're starting all over fresh. My body just won't cooperate.

Judi

Hi Beverly
I am a morning person..I love my morning coffee the peace and quiet and knowing the whole lovely day lies ahead...however...I am also a night person. When I'm home I get all into my crafts and visits from family...and I don't wanna go to bed!! During the day I'm just fine also however after lunch...I could take a little siesta for an hour or two..if I wasn't at work!
thank you for this thought provoking question

I have always been a very chipper getter upper kinda gal!!! Especially today and tomorrow...my two birthdays...lol!! Seriously though, I do wake up with a song in my heart and a big smile for my hubby. I love waking up and taking a peek out of our bedroom window to see and hear the birds singing and fluttering by fighting for their places among all the bird feeders. Sometimes it's quite loud but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I do love mornings! But, I've gotten very strange about it lately and had to give myself a good talking to. I'd set my morning so I was so lazy! I didn't get dressed until way late and got mad if I didn't get my two hours on the computer and my pot of tea. My DH likes to do things in the morning, so I've gotten into the habit of exercising with him and having my tea while I do my time on the computer in the afternoon now. It works out better.

Lisa

I am absolutely a morning person! I'm slower and less productive in the afternoon, then get a second wind when I should be winding down. All this boils down to not enough sleep but I still wake up in a great mood.

Go figure!

Geri Sandoval

I have always been a morning person, but since I had surgery in May my mornings have become a little slow. The afternoons are better for me now.

MMMmmmm......depends on the morning!!!!! I guess I would say, I am an ALL DAY LONG person...just keep on keepin' on!

Have a Great Rest of the Week Everyone!

Marilyn

Yes, I am a morning person, but I would have to bring tea to the table. We could sit and chat, you with your coffee and me with my tea.

Donna

Absolutely a morning person! Early morning and a BIG cup of coffee!

Hugs,
Donna

Hello Beverly;;; wow another good question....
lets see....................... well when I was younger many yrs ago,,,, I was a morning person, so now I am a late afternoon person, that is when I get most of my house work and crafting done... that is why I am so behind... lol but I do have my moments of early riser....

Hugs
Alaura

Lara

I am absolutelly a morning person! I wake up at 6, have breakfast, at 7 I am already working. After lunch, I am not in a good mood anymore :))!

caren

Absolutely NOT! I would much rather the world start around noon. I don't mind getting up around 9 or 10, but hate to have to be on a schedule. At night, I could keep going and going. I have always been a night person.
