Happy Pink Saturday Beverly.
Oh she is so beautiful. Love her little dress, shoes and bonnet.
The flowers on her dress and the lace are so delicate. I so love
the way her little hands are real like, even her little fingers
are seperated and pointing. The red hair is delightful. My
grandmother had red hair, and Daddy's is auburn. Just beautiful
Beverly, just beautiful. Thank you for sharing her with us.
Please stop by and say hi. I so love it when you do. Country hugs, Sherry

Hi Bev,
What a cute doll. Your dolls are so perfect, I see you never gave them one of those haircuts like I sometimes gave mine. I cut my barbies bangs once...it wasn't pretty. I kept expecting them to grow back.

Hi Beverly, I was up real early and went to a huge flea market sale at the community center. I just came home. Call me. I did buy some very neat stuff. I will be posting it, no surprise here. LOL.

I do love your precious doll so very much. You were such a careful child when playing with your dolls. They are perfect. Pretty in pink to be sure.

Beverly, I may have had this doll when I was a little girl...geesh...she made me think of chatty cathy and patty playpal and tiny thumbelina...all playmates from my childhood. Oh how I loved those dolls! I am happy to take up your challenge to post someone new on next weeks Pink Saturday post. This was a very clever idea. I hope others take you up on it too.

Mary

Hi Beverly...I have a doll on my post as well today, but I bought her as an adult. Is your little doll a Madam Alexander? I have a few of those as well, one of which was purchased for my mother in 1958. She is an Alice in Wonderland doll, but I probably won't show her, because I cut all her hair off and threw away her originl dress...how dumb was that??? I eventually bought a wig and made another dress, but her value has diminished, however, still worth about $90...at least to a collector. Have a wonderful day, and thanks again for being our wonderful hostess for this great event!

We have been working on all the Baby shower favors ( lots of time with no-internet) and as soon as I finish one project...I dream of another! And they are almost ALL pink...so next week shall be a fun baby "pink" extravaganza at my bloggie...so when I get your e-mail...I'll be participating...AND I'm warnng Comcast too...Happy Pink to you!

Amisha

Oooooh, this doll is adorable! She reminds me of my childhood dolls - good memories. And thank you for playing spin a tale. Now I want to know what happens next like any good story :-).

Susie Jefferson

What a wonderful doll - and in such pristine condition!

I'm afraid I wasn't very kind to mine - I cut their hair (I think I really expected it to grow back) and they all ended up with crew cuts. Was I in trouble! Then I tried to make it better by glueing hats on (which didn't work too well, and I got in trouble for that too). After that, I stuck to Lego and my teddy bear.

Happy Pink, Beverly - I am finally managing to visit everyone!

fitty
