Happy Pink Saturday!
This week we have one hundred thirty-four (134) participants in Pink Saturday. There is one new participants, and you will find them at the bottom of the list. Let's all take time to welcome them to Pink Saturday. All participants are listed in the order in which they began participating.
Please take the time to visit other participants, and leave a comment to let them know you stopped by to enjoy their pink. Pink Saturday is about having fun, and giving us a chance to meet others in the blogging community. I promise you it is worth the effort because you will not only see lots of pink, you will meet incredibly nice and talented people. Please refer to my post dated January 8 for more information about Pink Saturday.
Remember that my reminder e-mail stated I needed your plan for participating today no later than 8 a.m. EST Friday. If you don't see your name and link here it is because I did not receive your plan for participating by that time.
I want to thank those of you that take the time to leave me a comment. I love reading what you all have to say.
Reminder - We have a weekly challenge for you to visit the blog of at least one participant that you have never visited before. Then next Saturday include that blog and a link in your post. Quite a few of you have been done this challenge, and have met some of the great Pink Saturday participants. Thank you for sharing with us.

My pink contribution for this Pink Saturday is this wonderful display of Pink Lady apples. These are my favorite variety of apples. I just had to take a picture when I saw this gorgeous display in the grocery store. Have you tried these? They are crispy, sweet and tart. Love 'em.

I love What's My Question Wednesday. It is so interesting to read each of your perspectives on my question of the week. I hope you will begin to come by and take the time to answer my question. You will enjoy reading the other
responses.

Good Morning Beverly,
I don't think I have tried this type of apple that I remember. I think my favorite are the granny smith. Thank you so much for another fabulous week of Pink Saturday participants. I was browsing your Thanksgiving table and menu. Everything looked just perfect. Hope your holiday was special.
Cheers! =D

Good Morning Beverly..
Happy Pink Saturday sweetie. I have never tried these Pink Lady apples, but you can bet seeing as how they are tart, I will be trying them for sure. I love a tart apple. I have already added them to my grocery list for pickups for tomorrow. I like Kitty usually am drawn to Granny Smith apples, but it is mainly because of the tartness that goes with them.
Thanks for the tip sweetie. I pray you had a beautiful Thanksgiving with the family, and that many memories were made to last a lifetime.
Please pop over and say hi. I would love to share my pink post with you. As always I love to see you visit.
Country hugs Ms Beverly...Sherry

I missed getting to you in time to post today.................all this traveling just seems to be playing with my schedule and I'm falling behind!!
These apples are pretty - how are they for cooking, applesauce, pie, crumbles etc.? I usually cook apples because unfortunately I can no longer swallow raw ones - that's a bummer because they are so good for one!!
Hope you had a lovely thanksgiving Beverly.
Warm hugs - Mary

Happy Pink Saturday, Beverly! I don't think I've ever tried that variety, but I will look for it now! I usually buy whatever kind is hovering closest to the $1.00 a pound price range. . . we're not picky....well, cept my hubby doesn't like red delicious and I do.
I worked until 11:00 last night, then crashed! I really had a great night's sleep, so maybe I should do that more often...I usually start fading around 9-ish! Gonna chop down our trees in a couple of hours, then come back here, put the babes down for a nap and settle in to watch the Border Showdown on TV...MU vs KU at the Chief's Arrowhead Stadium. Guess I'll be wearing my PINK MU shirt to the tree farm just to irritate my son and DIL who are KU fans! How did I go wrong with him? He graduated from the U of MO in KC!
Have a great day....it's gonna be near 70 in Independence, but the temps are expected to go straight down, down, down as the week goes along.
OK....I'll stop!

How funny, Pink Lady apples are my fav, too! I got a dip recipe from Pampered Chef (not affiliated in any way) that is awesome with Pink Ladys...1/2 c vanilla yogurt, 8 oz. Cool Whip, 1/4 c smooth peanut butter all mixed together. Wedge those apples and dip away. Mmmmmm.
Happy Pink Saturday, by the way :)

These are my absolute favourite apples as well, and Himself also loves them. You wouldn't believe how expensive they are in the UK (easily double that of Golden Delicious or Fiji, and three times more expensive than Russets) but worth every single penny. I buy them whenever I see them.
Happy Pink Saturday, Beverly!

Hello Beverly!
Pink Lady's aye? I've never tried them. I am a diehard fan of Fuji apples but since Beverly is recommending them, I'll give them a try! Hardly a day slips past without me eating an apple accompanied by a few slices of cheese.
Just saw the latest email you passed around and think your ideas for upcoming PS's are wonderful!
A happy belated Thanksgiving to you!
