Beverly, me again. I tried and tried to comment on Kelee's blog, but the video is giving me troubles, and I cannot stay connected to her site. I could see the pictures though, and they were awesome- what a great job with Colette's room! Just wanted to thank you and Kalee once again for the opportunity you gave us to be part of such an inspiring event. This surely touched many hearts.

Beverly thanks for hosting this special pink Saturday on behalf of Colette. I wondered all week what I was going to write about...then when I sat down the words just came. My Father is a cancer survivor and at his age and considering his diagnosis was not great, his surviving is a miracle.

Hi Beverly,

Once again thank you for having Unshelved Words as a featured blog on this incredible Miracle Pink Saturday!. I am still visiting blogs, and I will be throughout the week. There are so many different stories of inspiration. Each and every one has been told with love and a determination to share the cause. Many blessings, friend, for bringing Pink Saturday participants together to share on this special occasion.

What an awesome story! Not only that Mitch has defied the odds, but that he had the zeal for life that allowed him to marry in the midst of that! What a special couple they are! Thank you for sharing, and I am adding my prayers for Mitch's ongoing health and his family's happiness. I am so glad I found this blog -- the stories and posts I read here are always a source of joy. Thank you for hosting Pink Saturday!

Jacqueline

Beverly, I am so grateful for these miracles and the miracle of helping others. I hope you reach your 200 comments.

Lady Katherine

Thank you so much for asking me to join in on this special Pink Saturday. I have always loved that it stands for Breast Cancer Awareness! I do love seeing Colette's room! I know from sleeping in a chair with ottoman, then a recliner, then to my hospital bed just how depressing life can be. Such a lovely cottage look, to brighten her many days ahead. I finally made a daybed look for my hospital bed, but then it is in my parlor, my husband asks why do I not go sit in there anymore. My wonderful room turned into a sick room. So I am so happy for her to have a special healing room to be in as she takes on her fight! What happiness she shall awake to each day! Guide Post is a wonderful book, my friend in Florida sends hers to me. I just love the bed and colors they have chosen for this special makeover! I pray for her a Miracle today and many days ahead of healing! A lovely room for a Lovely of Hope!

Thanks for the visit! While reading your comment a song popped into my head, "Impossible" that Whitney Houston sings in the movie, Cinderella. "Impossible things are happening every day!"

Thank you Beverly for sharing this wonderful story of healing and how poweful our creativity can be. This was such an inspiring story and it has touched me deeply. After watching the video it makes me thankful for my health, but also thankful that I have the capacity to help others if I just extend myself. Thank you for being a good example by doing that with this Pink Saturday Post and thank you for the reminder. Blessings to you!

Dear Beverly, I'm blown away by the outpouring of Love and prayers for Colette. I remember early on that we all started praying for her and I sent her a love package. I never heard more after a while about it so I'm so glad such an effort was put forth on her behalf. I am a long-time Guidepost fan so I hope we reach our goals!!

Blessings and apologies for not having my post up. I've been very ill with sinus infection, fever and food poisoning. I sure meant to join in.

Shelia

What a heart moving story. Thank you Beverly! My Saturday didn't turn pink at all as I hurt my back (it's getting better though:)) but for sure my next one will be very, very pink!

I have always believed in giving back to my world in any way possible. I currently mentor a few teenage girls whose lives are fragile, hoping to give them confidence, experience, knowledge, prayer & excitement to face the future, to remain in school, to rise high above, so high they can soar.
What you guys are doing here is fabulous, I applaud it. If each one of us
spent 30 minutes a day trying to make someone else's lives better the entire universe would be a better place. My grandmother, the real Mom-Mom,
simply said, "whereever you go, leave a good ripple).

Marsha Harris (Splenderosa)

What a wonderful way to reach out & touch someone.
Congratulations & thank you to all who participate.

Beverly,
what a wonderful post and cause to be involved in. I have always enjoyed Guidepost as does my mom. I was so touched by Colette's and Mitch's story. I lost my sister to cancer 6 years ago and the video really hit a tender cord with me. The stories of Mitch and Colette are very touching. You are an amazing lady! Good luck reaching your goal:-) ~♥

IS THERE ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD WE CAN'T DO TOGETHER?

When we focus on what we have in common. When we move past separation and into the ONE.

Thank-you one and all for these days of HOPE. YOU have made a difference . YOU by focusing on the positive--the light and compassion--
have adjusted the energy field of the world. Light always diminishes darkness and grows goodness.

Thank-you Miss Beverly, the sainted one.
