Well hello Miss Beverly. I'm here. It's been a while I know, but there are so many girls to visit lately, I feel I need to visit them all, and I just can't do it. I think I can manage what we have tonight though. Thank you for being such a wonderful hostess.
LOVE Charlotte Church. My, how grown up is she? And Karen Carpenter, well she was the best.
Merry Christmas dear Beverly. May your Christmas be filled with family and friends and good cheer.

Hi Beverly! My favorite Christmas song is "Silent Night," followed by "O Holy Night." I love Charlotte Church's voice in your selection. Poor Karen Carpenter... she alos had such a wonderful voice. She died much too young.
I was in the city all day today ..my feel are killing me from walking miles...lol! ♥ Pat

Hi Bev,
I love Charlotte Church too, and Karen Carpenter was always a favorite. I'm off to Vermont to visit my mom in between the snowflakes. Had to post my Pink Saturday before I got on the road. Happy weekend, and Happy Pink Saturday,

Thank you for taking the time for a visit. You always come up with such great videos of some my favorite tunes as well. I do not know how to do that, but enjoy what others share. From the bottom of my heart, I wish you and family nothing but the best during the holidays. May you be blessed with good health for the New Year. You picked one of the best when you selected BJ.

Both great singers. Karen Carpenter songs always remind me of trips with my parents. They had met the Carpenters & were big fans. If you like Charlotte Church, there is a new wonder that you should check out (if you didn't know already) her name is Jackie Evancho. She is a wonder. Check her out on You Tube, you will be blown away. Thank you for another week of fun!

A lovely post, and a great choice of music! Makes me feel so nostalgic. It was so hard to choose my favourites this time - must run into hundreds! So I put up a Mixpod thing with as many as I could remember off the top of my head (only plays if you click on it, so it doesn't slow the blog down when loading) and another background set - a snowy one this time. It's a blizzard here, as I type (10.29am Saturday morning) so everywhere is looking just like the photos in the background! Happy Pink Saturday, Beverly dear... it's getting exciting now Christmas is just round the corner!

Karen Carpenter was such a lovely young woman and her voice was like an angel's! My favorite Christmas sounds are the Christmas Carols of old such as SILENT NIGHT, THE FIRST NOEL, and many others. Nothing compares for me!
A happy Pink Day to all!

Thanks for hosting the party, Bev. I, too, think Charlotte Church sings like an angel. I love listening to Christmas music (all year long — much to the chagrin of my hubby), and especially when sung by someone with such an incredibly beautiful voice.
Please be sure to come by and enter my fantastic year-end giveaway. Click the picture in my sidebar for details.

Hello everyone! I am a new Pink Saturday-er and today was my first Pink Saturday post. I absolutely LOVE listening to Christmas music! I could never remember any of the nursery songs that my mom sang to me when I was a child, so I used to rock my children to sleep every night singing "Silent Night." Sssh, they don't know that - but they all know the words to the song and have no idea why LOL!!!!
I went to Playlist.com and made a playlist of a few of my favorite holiday songs - old and new. Unfortunately, they had none of my favorite artist's songs available (Amy Grant - A Christmas Album). I really really wish I could share her music with you! She is an amazing songstress!!! I hope you enjoy some of my favorite songs and enjoy popping around the blog and "meeting" me! I am off to visit with the rest of you!

Hi Beverly,
I so wish I could stream videos
without them freezing up! One of
the trade offs of coming to the
mountains...no super high speed
internet on this ridge..LOL
I use the 3G wireless modem from
Verizon Wireless for my internet
so I've had to adjust to things
that I just can't do anymore. boo hoo!
BUT...4G technology is here but only
in the large metro areas. We are supposed
to have it by late next year. YAY!! I'll
bet I can enjoy videos again when I get it.
I wish you a magical and blessed
Merry Christmas!
Merry Merry,
