This week I am featuring Fitty at Fitty's Pink Rose Cottage. Fitty first participated in Pink Saturday June 14, 2008, the third week of Pink Saturday. Do you know Fitty? If not, you need to meet and get to know her. Fitty is an absolute delight to all. She is not only lovely, she is kind, loving and generous. She also has a great sense of humor, and she always has a smile to share. We could give Fitty the title of Pink Rose Queen because she is a true lover and collector of pink roses items. Fitty has written the following personal message to you.
I have featured everyone that had requested to be featured. I am now contacting other participants each week by e-mail to see if they are interested in being featured.

Happy Pink Saturday! Hi, my name is Fitty and I live at the other side of the world ~ Malaysia. A big hug & thank you to Beverly for featuring me in today’s Pink Saturday. I’m so excited! Since I join PS, I make so many new friends and I love getting to know all of you. I learn so many new things, get new ideas and some of you have been my main inspiration with your pinky pretties. I love pink and roses and both have been my middle names together with vintage and shabby chic! :-) As for my blog, it is mostly about my collection especially vintage dishes/china that I’ve been collecting back 10 years ago. Would love to have you visiting me and very much looking forward to know you more! Lots of love ~ Fitty
I told you we've been having work done in our kitchen. The workers have been finished for over a week, but I have been waiting on something I ordered to be delivered. Well, it finally came last night, and I should have pictures to share soon.

That is sweet...I'd love to have it for my girls!

How fun that you are doing makeovers all over the house. I had planned a make-over for our family room but now something else has come up so it will have to wait until Spring. No fair making us wait to see your kitchen. :) Have a wonderful weekend Beverly

Happy Pink Saturday Beverly! Thanks for introducing another blogger. It looks like she is definitely a true fan of all things pink!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and thanks so much for having me today.
Best wishes always,
Natasha.
PS Thanks for your recent message. I will reply as soon as I can. We are fine here as the cyclone didn't come close to Brisbane but I cannot believe how the storm decimated crops and properties in North Queensland. I just don't know how these poor farmers will ever get back on their feet.
Take care,

Love the little pink kitchen. I actually had one as a little girl but not this one.
Just wanted to say thanks, Beverly, for hosting this great party. Sometimes I forget to comment on your post b/c I get so wrapped up in everyone's links. It takes me forever to get around to everybody but I try to visit as many as I can.
Appreciate you!
Happy PS!

Hi Bev,
What a wonderful Pink Saturday Post. I had a pink metal kitchen set that I played with every day. Wow, that sure does bring back memories.
Happy Pink Saturday and thank you for always being such a gracious host my friend.

Beverly, you need a pink kitchen! Actually this little pink kitchen would be perfect for my little Ann Estelle. She is hosting a Chinese New Year party at HFTS. Hope it's OK to link to Pink Saturday. Her dress is mostly pink, but RED is the color for Chinese New Year.

Hi Beverly, thank you for linking my post. Guess what, we are still home. I have a sick hubs on my hands. No party for us tomorrow. We both feel bad about it.
The pink child's kitchen is very cute. My girls had a play kitchen with the works. They even baked cakes. They kind of liked it but being the tomboys that they were, I liked it the best. HA!
I am anxious to see your kitchen girl. Get going. Is the bookshelf together yet? I except to see 'beautiful' everything.
Love you much,
Jeanne

Hi Beverly!
You couldn't choose a better "pink" blogger to feature than Fitty! She is a lovely blogger and has some of the most gorgeous rose teacups and sets!
That little pink kitchen is so wonderful!

That is the cutest little kitchen set. I would love to get my hands on one for my granddaughter.
Thanks for hosting all the pretty pinks, Bev! Since the Yankee doesn't care for pink, I have to get my fix this way. ;)
I'd love to have you join my party, as well. I hope you have a blessed weekend!

Hi!!
Whoo-hoo I am participating this Saturday! Oh, my, I so wanted one of those kitchen toys when I was little and never got one (perhaps that is why now I do not like to cook and don't cook, ha ha ha) and to have it all in PINK, how fab is that!!!!!
Happy Pink Saturday!

Hi Beverly Sweetie...
Oh I love the little pink kitchen. How sweet is that.
I know of a couple of little grand daughters that would
LOVE playing in one just like this.
If you get a chance, could you please email me. I have tried
several times to pull yours up on your profile and am unable to
do so. I have been trying for 4 weeks now, to get a thumbnail to
come up. What am I doing wrong, or should I say exactly what is it
that you do to get it to come up? I selected the image and cropped
it, and then nothing shows up. I seem to be the only one here that
hasn't caught on. Can you help please? You can find my email on my
profile.
Many thanks again. Hugs and much love, Sherry

Thanks for introducing Fitty. I LOVE roses of all kinds and it was such a treat to enjoy hers! And what a cute PINK kitchen. I have several granddaughters who could put that to fun use. I have many sweet memories of my grandboys and their not-pink plastic kitchen which they enjoyed thoroughly. Thank you for reminding me of those sweet times as well. :)

Hi Bev,
Love your pink kitchen. I had a wooden sink and stove when I was a kid and still have it. They make toys so much better back then. I have all boys so even though I would love to buy this pink one I think it would be out of the question. Have a great weekend and thanks for the great pink party.

Posted by: Lynn@HappierThanAPigInMud | February 05, 2011 at 05:15 PM
Can't wait to see your kitchen....but in the meantime it sure was fun to see the Pink Play Kitchen. My wouldn't we all have loved to have one like this as a little girl. I could have made some really fancy mudpies in that kitchen. Instead, I made real chocolate looking mudpies under a big pecan tree in our front yard. My kitchen walls were lines of rocks, the table a wire spool, the stove a crate that my brother caught on fire more than once...he got real sick of eating gooey mudpies and thought if they were baked they might go down better. Anyway, now that I think about it, I probably wouldn't have made any better mudpies in that pink oven, and I sure would have hated to have had to clean it! Oh, and the sink was a waterhose and a big tin tub!
