Neither and someone else sums up my answer. We live in a very hilly location in the mountains and our property is difficult to mow, so we hire someone. In the winter we're in a condo, so mowing is taken care of.
Often I see people riding mowers with their head phones on listening to tunes and they have the most content look on their face. It might be something I would enjoy in another life. Hope all is well with you Beverly.

Good morning Beverly, I have missed you my dearest friend. It is so good to come and visit you today.
A riding mower is a must here on our mountain. Bill mows and I do everything else. I think he has the easier job. Smile. Weeding is a terrible chore. However, reaping the joy of beautiful plants and a pretty landscaped home is a joy. My flowers have gone crazy the week I was in California. I will be outside today taking photos to share with my blogging friends. Oh joy!!!
Have a wonderful day.
Love you bunches, Jeanne

Neither - lawn service...
Hugs,
Penny
p.s. when we lived in Tennessee in the old farmhouse, we had a john deere and I mowed three acres every week.

Push mower, actually battery. I mow, and I love it!

Power mower for most of the property. Push mower for areas that are rocky. I do the vast majority of mowing, but husband will have to do it while I'm away.

I still mow and do my yard. In fact, I had to get a new battery for my mower yesterday. I plan on mowing today. I have a self-propelled push mower that can be started with a key. I do not have the strength to pull the cord to start anymore. I like being in the yard, is why I keep trying to do it.

Hi Beverly....I'm baaaaack from Spring Bloggy Break....thanks for your visits. Hi Honey has a riding mower and I have an old fashion push mower which I don't push very often. We both do yard work, but he mows most of the time. Hope to be back to Pink Saturday this week. See ya then.

In St. Augustine we have an old fashioned push mower that doesn't require gas. Remember the kind? My grandmother had one. At home, we have a yard man. One uses a riding mower and the other a push. They are a team!
XO,
Sheila :-)

From riding mover 5 years ago to walking mower now and HE does all of it, sugar! I've never ever had to mow. My king does it for us.... ;-)

Riding lawnmower - we have two and either hubby and I mow together or I mow the easy stuff and he does the trim. I just can't make myself do the slopes, etc!! Weak at the knees just thinking about it!

We own both but my husband prefers the push so he can bag the grass and take it to feed the goats on a farm nearby. Now THATS recycling!

I mow my postage stamp sized piece of lawn/moss/weeds with a tiny electric mower. I love that it only takes 5 min.

Push because I am a bit OCD about the yard.
