Good morning Beverly, I like almost every kind of food out there with the exception of the food staple in Hawaii called poi. When we were in Hawaii we were offered poi and I have to say it was almost a disaster. For the sake of Emily Post, I didn't spit it out but the taste was so disagreeable I almost didn't keep it down. A pretty Hawaiian girl next to me was aghast at my reaction. She explained, " I was raised on poi and I love it so much." I rest my case. HA!
I am allergic to shell fish so I can't eat lobster, crab and limited shrimp. Sigh, I love the taste of it very much. I will say one bite of lobster sent me straight to the hospital. Lesson learned.
Wishing you happy days my dearest friend.
Love, Jeanne

Brussel Sprouts. I gag when I try them. I love every other veggie. Love almost all foods....except Brussel Sprouts...

Seafood and any kind of fish but Tuna.
It's a long complicated story, involving the old man next door and a battered old picnic table in his back yard on which he cleaned his haul of fish about three days a week, tossing the entrails over the chicken-yard fence, and skeeting all the scales and et-ceteras off into the grass with a hose, to languish in the hot Summer sun.
I realized later that the three-times-a-week fish were a mainstay in their meager budget, but I STILL can't go near a fish or seafood counter, even in one of those Gucci grocery stores.

Great question -- I do not eat high carb foods. I have an insulin resistant system and feel MUCH better when I stay the course with Low Carb!! Oh, and I've lost 100+ pounds too :)
Blessings!

Artificial sweetners....real sugar does not have that many calories, and I don't consume much of it anyway, so I prefer real over chemical. I also eschew meat. I get plenty of well rounded protein from beans, nuts, soy, legumes & organic dairy.

As long as I have my mind, I will never eat a raw oyster.

Artificial sweetners, liver( most meat, actually) brussel sprouts, sausage, beets, turnips, wow I have too many, but that's my major ones. haha. Picky picky picky!
Now mmmm is there a candy I don't like? Hard to come up with an answer for that one, haha.
Neat question.

Carrots! I haven't been able to get a carrot past my tongue in almost 50 years. I've tried them every way imaginable, but I can't even stand the smell.

Fish. When I was young I stayed with a family on a camping trip. They rose early and caught sun fish which they dipped in batter and fried up for . . . .breakfast. Yuck! Since then the smell of fish turns my stomach.

Cucumbers. YUK. And they like me about as much as I like them. Also cannot stand tea. When I was young, my mother would give me hot tea every time I threw up. Now it works the other way; at the very least, the smell of tea makes me gag.

Asparagus! Won't eat it - don't like it. Never did - still don't. Tried it recently - instantly knew why I don't like it!
