I'm so excited to be featured this week on "Pink Saturday". I started my blog, "Ciao Newport Beach" last May on a whim, and I can't imagine not blogging. I love sharing some of my favorite things about decorating, fashion, food and more with my readers. This Spring, there are so many wonderful pink essentials and some fun splurge-worthy items to fulfill all lovers of pink out there. My post this week features some of my favorite things that I have found all across the web, and don't forget to check out my other two posts on pink! They are at the end of my new post. Happy Pink Saturday Beverly! Looks like lots and lots of pink pinks. I had something posted and just had to share it, so I stole the pink out of my floral pillow to hopefully qualify for Pink Saturday. Had I thought of Pink Saturday and this post sooner, I'd have gathered more pink to do it! So, barely pink and no April Fool's! Happy Pink Saturday! Jenn

Hope you had a good turn out this afternoon!! We had a wonderful time at the flea market today...so many awesome vendors and pretty nice prices, too. I bought way too much, but I'm glad I did!! :) It's been a long time since we've attended a sale where soooo many customers came to buy! The promoter is a dealer I've known for about 10 years...he asked if I'd like to do the next sale in Sept. Bonnie and I are seriously thinking about it. That means I'm gonna have to go "treasure hunting" to find items to resell.....I LOVE doing that, too! :)
I have my first 5K in the morning....the weather is supposed to be wonderful..and it's just about 10 minutes away!! The course starts with a hill.....not good, but I'll just take is slow so I have enough steam to finish the run.

Hi Bev! Lots of upheaval and change in my life this week - but all good even though it was a bumpy road with scrapes and bruises along the way. See my linked story at the start of today's Pink Saturday post. Meanwhile - need to get to the post office tomorrow!! Can't wait to see the next one!

Hi Beverly, I am glad to be back posting for Pink Saturday, I have missed it so much, but have been having a hard time mentally and physically for the last few months..my mojo went somewhere, I am hoping that by posting and visiting my fellow pink sisters, some inspiration will return! Thank you for always being here, every Saturday..I do read many of the posts, and they have kept me grounded..you being here for us does more than you would ever know..you are Godsend and blessed. thank you again for ALL you do, sweet lady.

HA HA Bev! I had a Math prof in college who was blind. On St. Patrick's Day he said he wore his green vest for the occasion. It was RED! But he knew, and just wanted to see our reaction. After he took attendance the boys would crawl out the back door. He would wait till they got to the edge of the door and ask, Going somewhere? :)
