Good morning my dearest friend, Usually it will be a ham dinner on Easter. I bake the cutest bunny cake and the rest of the meal would consist of potato salad, veggie, Cottage cheese, pineapple, pink jello dry and cool whip salad. My grands call it glop but I prefer pink fluff. My friends call it Jeanne's pink stuff. I can't forget the yeast rolls, usually home made.

Wishing you a happy day.
Love you, Jeanne xo

Yes, but very small this year---just the few of us who live here in town. Not up to inviting the several friends who have participated in past years.

Ham for us, as well, done for several hours on the grill on a low heat. Fresh green beans done with soy and garlic, candied sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli/cauliflower, carrot salad cut in long spaghetti strands, and devilled eggs.

Sweetpea and I are making strawberry cupcakes Friday.

Sweetness to YOU too, and a tableful of good food, surrounded by folks you love.

Pat@Back Porch Musings

No cooking for me this year. Xanti and Noah's mommy is taking over the duties. Breakfast and an egg hunt.

  • Hope is the thing with feathers
    That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without words,
    And never stops at all.
