So happy he won!!

I'm so GLAD---he's the first maverick, the his-ownself, to-heck-with-Tommy-Hilfiger's-fashions REAL person since Chris Daughtry. And he is so accessible, somehow---like he'd sit right down and strum and sing with anybody, and just be happy and grateful for the honor.

It WAS a surprise---maybe I read too many detective novels, but the clues all pointed to a blatant thrust for a Jessica win. (Some of the actors in that farce didn't even read their lines well, or jumped the gun on when the lines actually CAME in the play).

By the way---WHO ON THIS GREEN EARTH has been dressing Skylar? She looked positivaly a caricature the other night, and has been parading around in a succession of those unfortunate Mullet Skirts since Day 1---but this last outfit---Oh. My. It looked as if the designers made it for Cher in the role of Marie Antoinette.

First season I didn't watch in a long time. I think I'm still basking in Scotty's victory. Yay!!! But I did watch the finale last night and was very happy for Phillip. He looked so genuinely grateful.
I sent you an email regarding Saturday's anniversary party (just in case it goes to your spam).
Looking forward to the celebration.

  • Hope is the thing with feathers
    That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without words,
    And never stops at all.
