Your pumpkin soup sounds delicious, Beverly. I'll have to reread the recipe but I didn't see any gluten in it. I love seeing LaVerne's book - the first book that had everyones pages. It was gorgeous. Have I mentioned how much I loved doing this. Okay maybe 10 other times but really, really loved it! xoxo Nancy

Since I do not cook much anymore, I would really enjoy some of your homemade soup. I cannot believe you never had a candy apple. That was the only reason I wanted to go to the fair in my young days. I have not had one in a long time tho.

Sarah

Beverly, the soup sounds so good. Wish I had some for this evening..........Thanks for hosting each week...........Sarah

What a fun visit for Pink Saturday. I really enjoyed the delightful pink things and the fun gifts. Have a lovely week in autumn! :)

jeanne, backyard neighbor

Good morning Beverly. Would you believe we just got up about 30 minutes ago? The cold weather and an electric blanket feels soooooo good these days. Since Cheri' has a heated doggie bed we turn the heat way down each night. Life is good.

I will attest to the taste of this delicious pumpkin soup. Since I had this great soup at your house, I came home and made it. Yum. Bill loves it too. I just made a huge pot of mystic vegetable chicken soup. I didn't have a recipe (except in my head,) leftovers and frozen veggies with chicken broth was the start. Then LOTS of additional ingredients from my cupboard. Mmmmmmm, it was so good.

If you are at your computer, give me a call.
Love you bunches,
Jeanne

Oh so yummy, Beverly, but oh so fattening. Let's make candy apples together!

Sara Chapman in Seattle USA

I meant the SOUP was fattening. The apples are a health food, even with the coating, in my opinion.

Thank you for hosting y our wonderful Pink SAturday party, Bev!

I had to forego autumn today though, I needed some girlie girlie pinky flowery pretties in the worst way, haha!

Love your recipe, thank you so sharing, may have to make that for my fall tea coming up.

Have the best weekend!!

Hi Beverly! So good to post with you again this week. That soup recipe looks so good, especially since I have a cold and feel a bit under the weather. I am sharing my tee-pee I made for my granddaughter this week. I think it turned out so cute! Wish I would have had one when I was a kid, I loved to make forts when I was little so this is really fun for me to do for her! Have a great weekend! And thanks so much for hosting as usual, Marcia in Cali

Linda

Happy Pink Saturday Beverly, I happy to be joining in again this week. Sandy took out our electric for a few days but that was the worst for us nothing compared to the damages others experienced. Your pumpkin soup looks yummy. Have a great weekend. Joyous Wishes, Linda
