Listed below are links to weblogs that reference What's My Question Wednesday and Downton Abbey:

Comments

Eileen

I love Downton Abbey! My favorite character changes with the storylines, but I do love Cora. I'm quite liking Edith ever since last season. Sybil was my favorite for a long time, along with the Dowager Countess. I'm very happy Bates is finally getting out of jail; that storyline was getting tedious, I thought. I like him and Anna together; they deserve some happiness!

Pat@BPM

I am beginning to like Edith much better this season. Cora is a favorite also.

I am with Eileen about Bates getting out of prison. I have a feeling though, Bates runs deep.:-) Might be in for some surprises there.

We both love Downtown Abbey.

Dorothy

Love Downton Abbey! Could you believe what happened?? My fav character is the Dowager!

Mary

So hard to choose a favorite. I really like Mrs. Hughes, strong yet soft at the same time. As for the family, I love Cora, she seems to be tougher than she really is. Although, she did show some toughness when she refused to obey Robert and leave Mrs. Crawley's luncheon. WooHoo for all the girls!! I still wonder where the storyline will take Bates, more to this than we know I'm afraid. I LOVE Downtown Abbey!

Melissa

My favorite character is Mary.

Penny @ The Comforts of Home & Flea Market Makeovers

No I haven't yet. It was almost through the 2nd season when I heard about it. So now I have the first three episodes of the first season on my Netflix list. I hope to catch up. But in the mean time I try not to listen to anything that is going on with this season...lol.

Cindy

I love Downton Abbey!!! I don't have a favorite, love them all...but my LEAST FAVORITE IS Thomas! :)

Michele

I have watched the first two seasons 4 times now and have (magically) seen Season 3 and the special, too - haha - what else can one do when one is stuck in a hospital bed recuperating from surgery?

Hands down my favorite is ANNA. I also love Mrs. Hughes.

I am not at all a fan of Cora- she's too weak minded for her position, to me.

jeanne, backyard neighbor

My favorite character is a tough decision. I like Edith as time goes on because she has spunk. I also am in love with Maggie Smith's character the Dowager. Anna is a standout and I love the cook. This series is so good I can't believe I just started watching it this year. However, I have caught up with season 1 and 2 so I am on track.

Good question Beverly.
Love you
Jeanne

Joyce

My daughter introduced me to this great series!! Still getting to know them all-I did like seeing Shirley McClain as the maternal Grandmother!

racheld

Caro gave me the first two seasons for Christmas, after we'd watched them on PBS. It's been so busy around here, and with her work hours, we're awaiting a LONG weekend for Girls' Time to Marathon all this third season that we have on the DVR.

Carson. I think you could count on him for anything, he has a true sense of who he is and what's right, and having him around would be like being with Mary Poppins or Reacher---you know everyting will be all right. (And I'll bet that when we turn on Dancin' Music, he'd join right in).

Donna

I love Downton Abbey. I have a lot of favorites, but I have a soft spot for Anna, Mr. Bate's wife.

tabitha

HMMM thats a tough one...I think I would have to say it was lady Sible but you know she has gone off to a better place.

Titbelsoeur

My favorite is definitely the grandmother (don't remember her name ;-)

Schotzy

I have to say Dowager Grantham, (Granny), Queen of the one liners, is my very favorite, but I have gotten so I really like Mary... She has lost a lot for her original hauntiness since the war and I love how she helps Anna and Mr. Bates., I cant wait to see this week's episode!

Adrienne

I wouldn't miss Downton Abbey! I like Anna and Cora but I think my favorite is the Dowager.

Christina

I wouldn't miss it- just love the Dowager Countess and her quick wit- and downstairs Mrs. Hughes is reserved but has a big heart
