It's Thursday and the fourth (and I believe final) day of the now world famous Roosters On Parade. I have to tell you that things got a little rowdy yesterday. Alice's Dolly just absolutely wowed all of those boys. I truly believe it was that flash of cleavage, and those fellas had vision of chicken breasts dancing in their heads. Next time we just might have to ask Dolly to don a turtleneck.
Rhondi over at Rhondi's Rose Colored Glasses is starting our day off with these two handsome fellows. I do believe I have a soft spot for the chef. There's just something about a man that cooks. Everyone please give Rhondi and her guys a big hand.
You'll find this striking dude hanging around outside at Rhondi's home. He has dreams of boating and fishing, and he says he is appearing to help promote his new column which will be featured in a new outdoors type magazine being released later this year.
I just love the striking white simplicity of this rooster. And, make sure you notice the amazing, beautiful quilts in the background of Rhondi's pictures.
Thanks to Dot at Picket's Place for sharing this classic rooster. He is so realistic. I wonder if he wakes them all at daybreak.
The mega-talented Kijsa of Kari and Kijsa fame gets her rooster fix from this charming window seat. It looks like the perfect spot to perch for a bit of "chick talk". Thanks for sharing this with us.
Hold on to your roosters, everyone. The wonderful Pattie Ann has honored us with the following amazing clique from her place. Not only are they all gorgeous, it is very evident Pattie Ann has a passion for cobalt blue. Thanks to Pattie Ann.
Aren't these canisters a wow factor?!!!
And, look as the rooster gracing this wonderful serving piece.
Blues and yellows. What a wonderful inviting spot to share with us.
Rosie of niknnora was thinking she might not have a rooster to share, but then she remembered this guy gracing the gorgeous bentwood chair. We certainly are glad you found him, Rosie.
Wendy at The Cozy Yellow House submitted this regal looking guy. He definitely has a take charge look on his face. I'll just bet he keeps all in his group pecking the line. Thanks, Wendy.
And, our own super sweet BJ at Sweet Nothings is sharing a few more of her collection. BJ, I do believe you are the official Rooster Queen.
This is Woody, and doesn't he look charming next to the basket of flowers?
Andrea and Bailey are a well-known duet around town. They have had quite a number of their tunes hit the top ten. They have done a wonderful rendition of Old McDonald.
Melissa at The Inspired Room shares this lovely spot in her home for our viewing pleasure. I just love the way the light shining in enhances the wonderful design. Those are some great looking roosters you have, Melissa.
And, we now come to the end of The Rooster Parade. And, this pretty fellow is what started it all. He caught our BJ's eye, and she got to thinking that we needed to bring all of our roosters together for a fun parade. Many, many thanks to BJ for all she did to make this this fun event happen.
Just know, this sweetie can be found in my kitchen at any time. He greets me each morning when I make the coffee.
