This handsome (Dare I say pretty? Although he is.) fellow really has a reason to crow. Not only is he a rooster, he is the king rooster in my kitchen.
Now we all know roosters think they are the king of the coop, but just look at this rooster. Isn't he pretty? All pink and green with flower petals for feathers. A lot of the other roosters around town talk about him, but he doesn't feel intimidated. He knows all of those other roosters are just jealous because he is the most handsome. He is incredibly self-confident, but doesn't have a vain feather on his back.
And you wouldn't believe how all the hens fluff their feathers and prance around him. Honestly, they are a disgrace to womankind. Where is their pride?
But, wait just a minute. Maybe we will be seeing cute little pink and green chicks soon.
