I want to wish each of you a wonderful New Year, and thank you each for making Pink Saturday special.

This week we are having a mini-theme to show or tell about a project you hope to accomplish this year. I can't wait to read what you are all planning.
This week we have one hundred twenty-five (125) participants in Pink Saturday. There are three new participants, and you will find them at the bottom of the list. Let's all take time to welcome them to Pink Saturday. All participants are listed in the order in which they began participating.
Please take the time to visit other participants, and leave a comment to let them know you stopped by to enjoy their pink. Pink Saturday is about having fun, and giving us a chance to meet others in the blogging community. I promise you it is worth the effort because you will not only see lots of pink, you will meet incredibly nice and talented people. Please refer to my post dated January 8 for more information about Pink Saturday.
Remember that my reminder e-mail stated I needed your plan for participating today no later than 8 a.m. EST Friday. If you don't see your name and link here it is because I did not receive your plan for participating by that time.

This year I hope to add wainscoting to my dining room. Right now my dining room has wallpaper above and below the chair rail. I want wainscoting something like this:
I love the wallpaper, and it will still stay above the chairrail. The dining room looks like this now.
As you can see, this picture was made when I still had up the Christmas decorations. But, don't worry, I do have a bit of pink in the dining room. My pink contribution for this Pink Saturday are these two rose prints hanging in the dining room.
