The First Bloom

Yesterday my sweet husband came in from working in our yard with this vase filled with our first rose blooms this spring.

These are Garden Party, and the fragrance is intoxicating. I placed them on my desk in my studio so that I can enjoy them while I am working. I wish you could smell their sweetness.
