Only Burger

Our community post office is in a small shopping complex.  We noticed a sign in a vacant store front that it would soon be an Only Burger.  This shopping complex is also the location where we take my mother to the beauty shop each Saturday.  We first noticed the sign months ago.  The sign said "Coming Soon", but as the months have passed we wondered how they defined soon.

I've heard people at work mention that they got a burger from the Only Burger truck, but we had never seen it.  Yesterday morning we were reading the local newspaper, and came upon an article about Only Burger.

I found there site, and it has a feature to show you where you can currently locate the truck. We headed over, and we tried one of their Breakfast Burgers. It is a grilled bun spread with pimiento cheese and topped with a juicy burger, fried egg and fried green tomato. What can I say other than Yum, Yum, Major Yum. We will definitely be following Only Burger.
