Happy Pink Saturday !
Welcome to Pink Saturday. Please join us by linking your Pink Saturday post permalink using the linking tool provided at the bottom of this post. This is our first week using the linking tool instead of having a list from e-mail responses. I think this is going to be a fantastic change for all of us. I will have my Pink Saturday post available at 5 p.m. EST every Friday. So, be sure to link and show us your Pink. Be certain to link using your pink post permalink. And please remember to include a link back to my blog within your post so that your visitors will be able to visit here.

Traditionally, we take pink liberties during the month of
December to enjoy the holiday with Pink Saturday theme weeks.
Next Saturday, December 4, we will have our first Holiday
Theme Week. The theme will be to share one of your favorite
holiday recipes - and it doesn't have to be pink. Remember,
posting a theme post is optional. You are welcome to share pink
just as we do every week.
Please take the time to visit other participants, and leave a comment to let them know you stopped by to enjoy their pink. Pink Saturday is about having fun, and giving us a chance to meet others in the blogging community. I promise you it is worth the effort because you will not only see lots of pink, you will meet incredibly nice and talented people. Please refer to my post dated January 8 for more information about Pink Saturday.
I want to thank those of you that take the time to leave me a comment. I love reading what you all have to say.
Reminder - We have a weekly challenge for you to visit the blog of at least one participant that you have never visited before. Then next Saturday include that blog and a link in your post. Quite a few of you have been done this challenge, and have met some of the great Pink Saturday participants. Thank you for sharing with us.
This week I am featuring three blogs of Pink Saturday participants. These Pink Saturday participants have requested to be a featured blog, and there will be featured blogs each Saturday. Please visit, get to know and say hello to these participants. They have each written the following personal greetings to you.

Happy Pink Saturday! Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself to your readers, Beverly! I love all things vintage. I've got a kind and patient husband, three great kids, and work as a graphic artist. I enjoy browsing flea markets and antique and thrift shops for decorating ideas and treasures. Some of my favorite things to collect include vintage children’s books, greeting cards and holiday decorations. My blog has introduced me to new friends that have the same interests and inspire my creativity daily. Opening up my blog reader each day is like having all of my favorite magazines updated daily--so many wonderful ideas and friends who encourage each other to create. I hope you will stop by and say hello so I can meet you too! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and hugs to all! Mary
I am a fabric artist and also enjoy working with paper and other materials. Working in the art quilt medium allows me to express my innermost feelings about our world, the times we live in, and the human condition. I love making my mark with needle and thread!
Hello- I’m Tete from Beyond the Garden Gate. Beverly, our gracious hostess, sent me an email this week asking me to describe my blog. My blog is just me. I started blogging because my oldest son, who is deaf, had moved out of state and all of my family and childhood friends are so far away. I thought this would be a good way for us to stay connected and be apart of each others’ lives by sharing our days, our playtime and even the tough times not with just words, but with photos. It was supposed to be a way to bring us all closer together. Well, that didn’ t happen. I couldn’t get one member of my family to do it and my son moved back here this past year, but something else did happen. It became a bridge to a whole new world and to the brightest, funniest, craftiest and most sincere ladies I have ever had the privilege to call friends. My blog is my place to share my faith, my gardening, my fun and even my sadness. I even got my bf, Rebecca, into blogging and we do it together now. If you have a moment, stop by and see me. I’m always open. Blessings and hugs- Tete

Yesterday we started decorating for Christmas. We finished the kitchen and breakfast room, the sunroom, the dining room, the living room and the powder room. Today my plan is to put up the outside decoration, the family room decorations and get the tree up. Then Sunday I can get the tree decorated before going back to work Monday.
My pink contribution for this Pink Saturday is this pink donut ornament on my kitchen Christmas tree. I'm not much of a donut person, but I do believe I could eat a pink donuts.
I am a traditionalist for reds, greens, golds and silvers when it comes to Christmas decorating. But, don't fear, I do have spots of pink here and there.
