Happy Pink Saturday all of you "Pinkettes"! A big thank you and Pinky hugs to our host Beverly, you are "The Best" giving of your time and talent to us each Saturday. Blessings to you!  I'm fairly new to this world of blogging but not to collecting and creating. I love everything Vintage, Victorian, Shabby and of course "Pink". Some of my favorite things are Pink roses on china, vintage baby & children's dishes, illustrations and photos, antique laces, linens, old family photos and jewelry. Being a child of the 1940's-early 50's and raised during lean times I learned at an early age to save and re-purpose. Umm... and I guess I'm still doing that! I love creating and including something old in all my pieces. I fell in love with blogging as it is a wonderful way of connecting with others, sharing experiences, inspiration, thoughts, treasures and of course creations. What a wonderful journey this is! I adore all things Shabby, Vintage, Rosey and Romantic, and best of all Pink! Mr Romantic and I live in a cute little cottage with our sweet kiddos and when I can't afford it...I create it! Currently, my job as a Shabby treasure hunter for my two flea market booths keeps me very busy. Happy Pink Saturday to all of my lovely PINK friends!  How exciting...and thanks to sweet Beverly, who so graciously hosts us pink ladies every week, I get to tell you a little bit about myself. Here goes... My name is Suzanne and I blog at Shabby Chicks and occasionally Confessions of a Cool Mom (VERY tongue in cheek there).  I live in south Florida with my wonderful husband, 2 beautiful teenage daughters and 2 four-legged furry boys...and I am so blessed to have them all! My blog is...well, it changes on a regular basis.  What can I say...I'm the flakiest person I know, for sure:)  But some things never change...my FAITH, my belief in HAPPILY EVER AFTER, my LOVE of any and all things shabby, chic, vintage, glam, beachy, cottage, french...and PINK!  My week is brightened every single Saturday by all of the pink these beautiful ladies share.  But more than that, I recently learned just how wonderful these pink friends truly are.  This summer, I was given some news that rocked my boat, so to speak.  It was a very emotional and scary time for me, but who came to the rescue when I wrote about it?  The Pink Saturday posse, that's who!  I made a scrapbook of all the warm and encouraging notes and cards I received... and still receive from family and friends to encourage me and anyone else who should need a boost.  The ladies from Pink Saturday make up a huge part of this group and I will forever cherish the warm words, hugs and prayers that were sent my way.  So you see, Pink Saturday is now even more special to this pinkie because I realize how precious every day is and how precious Beverly and the rest of the PINK ladies truly are! My name is Tiffanee and I created One Crazy Cookie as a easy way to share recipes with my family and friends.  They were always wanting recipes and I was really bad at actually writing them down and getting them out.  In the two years it has become much more than that.  It has increased my cooking skills and has given me the courage to try new things.  The most amazing thing is all the wonderful people I have been able to meet because of it.  I love my readers!  I have four kids, an amazing husband and a sweet little dog. I recently returned to the work force after 12 years as a stay at home mom.  It has been a real eye opening experience!  Thanks for making me smile and keeping me going!!  Did I mention how much I LOVE Pink Saturday!!
