I will have my Pink Saturday post available at 5 p.m. EST every Friday. So, be sure to link and show us your Pink. Be certain to link using your pink post permalink. And please remember to include a link back to my blog within your post so that your visitors will be able to visit here.
Please take the time to visit other participants, and leave a comment to let them know you stopped by to enjoy their pink. Pink Saturday is about having fun, and giving us a chance to meet others in the blogging community. I promise you it is worth the effort because you will not only see lots of pink, you will meet incredibly nice and talented people. Please refer to my post dated January 8 for more information about Pink Saturday.
I want to thank those of you that take the time to leave me a comment. I love reading what you all have to say.
Reminder - We have a weekly challenge for you to visit the blog of at least one participant that you have never visited before. Then next Saturday include that blog and a link in your post. Quite a few of you have been done this challenge, and have met some of the great Pink Saturday participants. Thank you for sharing with us.

This week I am featuring Nancy at My Crafty Little Page. Nancy first participated in Pink Saturday June 21, 2008, the fourth week of Pink Saturday. If you know Nancy, you already love her. But, if you haven't met Nancy yet, please do yourself a major favor by getting to know her. Nancy is amazing. I could do the ABCs of everything wonderful about Nancy. Three adjectives I think of first are kind, thoughtful and talented. Her kind heart touches all she knows. Nancy has written the following personal message to you.
I have featured everyone that had requested to be featured. I am now contacting other participants each week by e-mail to see if they are interested in being featured.

Pink Saturday Featured Blog
- Nancy at My Crafty Little Page
I stumbled upon blogging by accident. Before I had a blog I first sold on ebay and etsy as My Crafty Little Page. Through etsy I stumbled on a site I’d never heard of called Flickr and felt like I’d fallen through the rabbit hole. I was astounded by the creativity I saw there and then captivated by something called “swaps”. People there exchanged their artwork and shared it online and talked about it on their “blogs”. I decided I had to try that so off I went to Blogspot only to discover that I’d created My Crafty Little Page months before as a place to experiment with a slideshow. So all I had to do was write something. Ouch - That first post was really hard and awkward and for months I didn’t tell anyone I had a blog other than one friend who I experimented on! Anyway to make a long story short which is not possible at this point - I became comfortable. I could chat away and throw in some pictures and decorate my blog exactly as I wanted! If memory serves me correct (which it rarely does if it serves me at all) I became a faithful reader of Dana’s The Stone Rabbit and she was doing Pink Saturday which led me to Beverly’s How Sweet The Sound and in turn all of your blogs. That was almost three years ago and I think it’s pretty amazing that this group has been around for so long. (Don’t you find it funny how far reaching it can be when your nonblogging friends and family are saying “hey you need to put that on for Pink Saturday!” It was on Pink Saturday that I read about an upcoming Art Retreat called Paper Cowgirl. That’s a real world thing I never miss! So my pink world merged with my real world as that is one of my most favorite events each summer! Isn’t it amazing how one thing leads to another? Who knows where Pink Saturday will take us next?!!!
Now, just in case you are wondering why I didn't take a picture to share just how appetizing and pretty this looks in my little white lotus bowl, it is because there have been painters in my kitchen and breakfast room for almost two weeks. Everything that belongs in my kitchen is somewhere else in the house, and I can't wait to put it all back together again. Hopefully, the results will make the wait worthwhile.
