Hello Blogging Friends!

What a treat to be featured on Beverly's Pink Saturday Celebration!

My name is Kay Ellen and I am an Interior Designer in Southern California.  Blogging has become a wonderful way to express myself and to also share my life, work and creative passions.

 

In 2008 I bought a new camera and started taking photos to share on flickr and in the blogging world.  Photography continues to challenge me as I learn how to express myself through photos and a little creative writing when the mood strikes me:)

 

As a creative person I have many interests...a passion for setting the table, gardening, my design work, shopping to fill my little shop with treasures to sell and when I have time I enjoy sharing DIY projects to encourage others to be creative.  I live in a house filled with artistic people which is wonderful but sometimes it can be very challenging!

Beverly's blog parties have blessed me so much and I have met such kind hearted friends over the years that have blossomed into beautiful friendships.  I love sharing with my Pink ladies. We can all glean so much from each other!

  

My life is full and at times I seem to wear many different hats...but as a Christian I know God will continue to give me the strength and he will enhance my creative abilities ~~~ and I will continue to strive for making an ordinary day an extraordinary day and thank him for the opportunity!

 

I  adore comments on my blog! Comments remind me of a beautiful bouquet of flowers each time I  receive one!
