It is super easy to prepare.

2 tablespoons butter
1 nine-inch pie shell, unbaked
3 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
⅔ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup cream
This is so good you will want to eat it right out of the oven,
but it does not firm up until it has chilled.
And, I know this because the first time I baked it,
we sliced it while still warm.
It was so good that I baked another the very next day.
