Pecan Pie
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crust in pie pan. Stir together remaining ingredients, and pour into pie shell.
Lightly cover edges of crust with foil, and bake for thirty minutes. Remove foil, and continue baking additional thirty minutes. Remove and let cool completely before serving.
