Ham and egg cups for breakfast.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. I used a twelve cup muffin pan which I sprayed with Pam.
Line the muffin cup with sliced ham. We then layered cooked onion and Swiss cheese.
Top with one egg in each cup. We also added salt, pepper and a bit of Sriracha.
You could use your choice of meat or fillers. Bake on the center rack for 15 minutes.
You need to watch carefully the last few minutes for the egg white to set.
We like our yolks runny, so 15 minutes was perfect for us.
Remove from oven, and let rest in pan for 5 minutes.
Whites continue to set from the residual heat. We really enjoyed this, and hope you will, too.
