What's my verdict?

 

Eh!  I give two out of five stars.

 

She has included some great recipes and anecdotes,

 

but she is too much of a name dropper for my tastes.

 

Speaking of recipes,

 

she claims she makes the best deviled eggs,

 

and there is butter in the recipe.

 

Have you ever heard of or tried that?

 

I am definitely going to give her recipe a try.

 

I am intrigued.

 

We are a deviled egg loving family.

The Blue Note Grill For Blue Monday

This past Saturday we ate an early dinner at the Blue Note Grill.

As you can see they specialize in ribs and barbecue.

 

 

We went early, about five in the afternoon,

so we were too early for the live music.

They feature a live band just about every night of the week.

This is where the band plays.

 

 

I had the dry-rub ribs with cole slaw and fries.

The ribs were very meaty and tender.

 

 

My husband immediately started to eat.

What was he thinking?  Didn't he know I needed a photo?

He ordered schnitzel with rice.

That seems like a strange combination to me,

but he said he like it enough to order it again.
